I am sorry you had a bad experience. SMS does have a non refundable policy once the Doctor administrators the test dose to see that it will work and the patient decides to go on a program, that money is non refundable. Almost 20 years as an ED clinic and with thousands of satisfied patients and no infections reported. We have been successful with many patients that have been to other Doctor's and received no results.
