My new windows from Window World are beautiful! The process was easy and I wasn't pressured to buy. They have lots of choice of styles and a perfect one for my Craftsman home. These are quality windows which really brought down the road noise. I also got the extra insulation in them and I'm running just 2 window A/Cs in a 1400sf house staying at 74 degrees when it's 85 outside. They are paying for themselves.
