Horrible costumer service, this company has been to my house several times this year and the last time that they were at my house my husband and I were told that we were lucky that we didn't have a fire because of the horrible wiring that this company did. Every time that they come over they keep cutting wires and taking parts out saying that the parts were extra parts and the unit didn't need it to work. we keep being charged for them to come and fix the same problem, and it's yet to be fixed. I would not recommended this company. if anything they should give us a refund. I called this morning and I let them know that my unit wouldn't turn on at all and let them know about the issues that I had with them. They didn't apologize or anything. They didn't offer to come and look at the unit or anything else. The employees are extremely rude, and I will never use this business again
