Review content:
Went there and ordered a nacho bell grande and two bean burritos fresco. The guy in the drive thru didn't even know what fresco was. So he just put no cheese and then added tomato with a $1.50 up charge. Ordering something fresco doesn't cost anything. When we explained what we wanted he still didn't understand and argued that that was something Taco Bell didn't offer. We finally just said give us three regular bean burritos. He left the no cheese on the order board we told him that we wanted cheese he just read the total and disconnected. So when we got to the window we once again tried to say we just wanted the three regular bean burritos if they didn't have fresco. The man at the window said our food was already made and they would have to remake them; we said okay. Then a manager said they would only remake them is we paid for them. I politely said I wasn't going to pay for their mistake and we just took the wrong food. Once we had left and began to eat I opened my nacho bell grande and it had no tomatoes and all the chips were broke. And insult to injury they didn't even provide napkins or utensils so I couldn't even eat the nacho bell grande.
