Businiess name:  Timpanogos Regional Hospital

Review content:
I had an appointment today for a simple biopsy on my right breast to check for cancer. Supposedly an in and out appointment with nothing more than a local needed. First, the 'greeter' hassled me over my personal mask (which has to be sterilized in hot water due to severe dust allergies) but never once offered to take a temperature check to see if I were actually sick. Annoying but not a deal breaker. The deal breaker was the blanket consent form requiring me to accept "Non-FDA approved medication." Unfortunately for Timpanogos Hospital, I don't agree to be a guinea pig, especially if I'm footing the bill. IF, for some reason, my doctor wanted to give me a non-approved drug, that would be a discussion between my doctor and myself. The conscierge, America, made no attempt to help with the issue after advising me that not signing the paperwork meant they would not see me. As such, I left without having the procedure done. In short, don't go here. This hospital cares more about appearances and its bottom line than the patients it's supposed to treat.
