On a Tuesday evening as my wife parked her car in our garage and she attempted to close the garage door, we heard a loud POP. We determined that one of the springs on our automatic garage door opener had broken, so the next morning I reached out to GOOGLE to get an idea on what the cost may be. John responded to my call for help very quickly. He said he could be on-site at my home in 50-minutes . My first question was regarding getting a quote for the work and if there was a warranty available. John responded with the quote and laid out a summary of all costs/benefits attached. Everything he promised was delivered the same day. He offered a 7-year warranty on parts which was more than double than any other competitor offered. His asking price for the work was also at the bottom cost level. He was in and out in 80-minutes! We are very satisfied with John and Level 10!!!!!
