Finally I was able to find a garage door repair company who won't try to sell me a new door. I had four garage door companies trying to sell me a new door, I had a feeling I'm not in a need for a new one so I kept looking.
John from OC garage doors was the only one who offered to repair the broken door instead of replacing.
He got it fixed right away, it's took him about 40 minutes to get it all working. The price was more than a half, John saved us around a thousand bucks!!! He made me and my wife super happy.
