Hands down the BEST storage facility EVER! We have used them for over a year and a half. The management team of Denise and Ronnie do an excellent job of maintaining the facilities and making sure each customer is satisfied. I had an issue with the keys to my locks not working properly (likely my fault for getting them mixed up or something) and Denise immediately solved the problem by cutting off the old locks, installing new ones that had matching keys & held onto an extra set of keys in the office should I put myself in another bind. Upon being able to open the lock on one of our 3 units, I was unable to open the door. My previous movers had stacked boxes in such a way that they collapsed. Ronnie went out of his way to get the door open, take the boxes out and restack everything properly. They are always riding the property with cold water on hand for customers that are working in their units. I really can't say enough about this facility other than the fact that I am really going to miss them when we get our units cleared out this week! if you are looking for a storage facility in Tuscaloosa, you won't regret using this group! Also a very convenient location!
