I know and understand in this time of the COVID pandemic MVA cases, especially severe cases, were difficult to obtain. Your honesty and responsiveness and willingness to refund our campaign fee was professional. Many lead gen agencies we have worked with took our money and never delivered and never offered a refund. We also appreciate that the refund was a great sacrifice to your own company. Your firm stands above the others in an industry that breeds mistrust.
