A BIG shout-out and thank-you to the exceptional crew of the California Auburn-Kelly Moore store, Chris, Raul, Scott, Sam and others as they often go over and above what is expected of them to help with painting projects and deadlines. The other day we found ourselves in a dilemma right after 3 pm while spraying over 100 doors and figuring that we might be two gallons short to complete the project and with the Auburn store closing in less than an hour. We were just out of town but with evening traffic to deal with & knew that we would be cutting it close to make it before closing even if we rushed. But we called anyway and Scott assured us that he would keep the door open and have our paint ready, and advised us to drive safely as he would wait for us. Our team member arrived about 10 minutes after closing and true to their word the door was unlocked for him and was in & out quickly with the paint and some friendly harassment from the crew. We were able to complete the project that night thanks to the willingness of this extraordinary crew to go over & above what is expected of them. But beyond this, our team member said that when he arrived after hours at the Auburn store, he saw that Scott & Sam were busy taking care of others in a similar pinch and being pleasant and professional about it. This outstanding crew of guys often save the day for many even if it means an inconvenience to their personal schedules. We applaud their over-the-top customer service. We are the plant operations for an institution located above Auburn that is home to a health care facility, Inn, cafeteria, educational campus and large layout of staff and student housing. We have been using Kelly Moore paints & products over 15 years with high satisfaction & we use the Auburn Kelly Moore store as our go-to-store for the painting projects we handle. Their first-rate crew of Chris, Raul, Scott, Sam and others have been nothing less than impressive to work with day in and day out over the years. Thank you Auburn Kelly Moore crew!
