Review content:
i purchased granite countertops which got installed late. Then noticed some chips in the granite. A warranty came with the Over the course of an entire week, I had to make numerous phone calls, send texts, emails and talked to several managers. Each day I was told that Ashley from installation would contact me. When she didn't by the fourth day, I called her and was told that a contractor would contact me by COB that day. No one called. I then called and spoke with the manager again who referred me to another manager, Scott Foxx, who would call me the same day. He didn't call. I called again and left another message with no response. DO NOT buy countertops from Lowes in Mt. Airy. You will not get any customer service and they do NOT honor warranties. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
