Went to the Rockside OH branch on Wednesday at about 8.50pm. Not many customers at this time yet server Ashley hardly noticed our presence and she was one of the worst server experience I have had in many many years of restaurant experiences. She did not stop by our table but one time voluntarily. She saw the empty cups and made no attempts at refilling them. Had to ask the guy who brought the food to our table out of desperation but soon enough the cups went empty again without being refilled. Dirty appetizer plates remained at the table all night. Asked for condiment and you guessed it, did not get the condiment. When we waved to get her attention because calling her name did not get any results, she involuntarily stopped for a quick 5 seconds. When she stood like 10 feet away looking annoyed, we hardly had the chance to get a whole sentence out and off she went. Throughout the whole 2 hrs there, we got to see her a total of 2 minutes including when she took our orders. Ordered food for take out and she forgot and put it in when we asked for the check and had to wait another 30 minutes for the food and she said in a pissed off way that she put the take out order when we asked for the check so that the food will not get cold...for a takeout? LOL great excuse. And she slammed the pen down on the table when giving us our bill. By this time I had the Assistant Manager Chris at my table listening to my complaints and he admitted that they had a lot of call offs that night. He explained that he had the servers screaming at him being rude to him all night when I asked if he saw the "wonderful" server Ashley slamming the pen down. Chris was very understanding and was very nice to me and gave me employee's discount and apologized many times. He said next time I go back to their location it will be a lot better. Go back again? Nah. There are many many other places less expensive and with way better service. The food was good though.
