Horrible l!!! Don’t hire Jeff Brinster, he takes your money and runs. I gave him a $5,000 deposit 2 years ago and despite numerous phone calls and endless text messages he has never come back. I filed a complaint with the Nj division of Consumer affairs, as should anyone else who has been a victim of his. I learned from the Nj consumer Affairs I’m not the only person who he has screwed over. He
Is currently being investigated by the state. Not only does Jeff rip ppl off he also has one license number with the state but goes by several names, progressive paving and progressive construction, llc , which is illegal. He is a fraud and must be stopped !!!!! Do not hire him or u will be ripped off !
