1 Feb 2021. Danny B. from Alpine Lock and Key came to my home in Sparks at my request to fix a front door lock problem and to install a new lock in a "Man Door" elsewhere in the house. Danny diagnosed the problem forthwith and fixed it. I had attempted a novice repair the previous week and only had the chiding of my other half to "Call Alpine!!" as a reward for my inept efforts. So, naturally ( and to preserve the peace ) I actually dropped by their office and arranged for the home visit that was scheduled for today. Seems that "someone", that elusive "someone", had been trying to open the front door from the outside at the same time as someone on the inside was holding the door mechanism to keep it from opening. Maybe you also have a son and grandson that do "stupid kid tricks" in your house. Broken anything lately???? Well, in my case it was the front door. Enter, stage left, "Dan D. Dynamo" from Alpine, aka Danny B. Now the front door works like a charm and I have a new locking door on the "Man Door" that makes my house secure. I am quite happy. The only thing Dan D. Dynamo wasn't able to do was to "counsel" my son and grandson and convince them that a repeat door failure in the same fashion will not be tolerated. Dan left that job to me, Dynamic Grandpa. We will have words, the son and grandson and I. Thanks Dan D. Dynamo and Thanks to Alpine Lock and Key. Bill Ryan Sparks, America
