One star because they did answer and at least let me speak a few things. His tone at one point made me cry. Rude and don't care about innocent local families effected by local corruption. Only contacted because online read was experienced in civil and teaming up with civil lawyers and also mentioned several other types of cases several of which my innocent family is experiencing.They have helped criminals but guess us none criminals is another story. Rude, Except woman who answers phone she is polite.
