I was told by Rene, after he opened my living room wall and repaired a leaking pipe on Mon the 25th of Jan this year, that someone would be out tomorrow (the 26th of Jan. 2021) to fix the hole.
Today I received an email from Ana that someone will be out on Monday, Feb 1st, 2021 to do this. I think my pat answer to anything I'm told, which might benefit me, needs to be, "We'll see."
