I purchased 2 $15,000 policies in 2016. I was told at the time by Larry Tubler, the agent in charge, that I could cash these policies in at any time without penalty. I tried to do this later that year because of an emergency only to find out the information from Mr. Tupler was not correct. I have paid 5 premiums and will soon go into the loss column with these investments. I have not recieved a annual report from Reliant in over 9 months. Please contact the Business Consumer Alliance with any complaints....very important to do! If enough of us file a complaint, the more likely something good will come out of this.
