Review content:
We had Tipping Hat remove a bathtub and install a new one & also fix a leaking pipe related to the bathroom. They did a wonderful job, their team was super friendly and professional and they did what was needed to get the job done right which included having to find some replacement parts halfway across town. We thought there was a communication issue early on but discovered my phone was blocking their calls, which I felt horrible about. They provided reasonable and competitive quotes from the first visit and were very responsive about scheduling around our schedule and the holidays. Very happy with the whole team - Dan, Doug & Jordan dealt with a beast of a cast iron tub and got everything working correctly, and the office team was incredibly nice to work with. Would absolutely hire them again.
