Had my Victorian home scraped, sanded, primed and painted. In addition, Atlantis was also contracted to clean and supposedly protect my wooden gutters with a protective liner. After three seasons only, using high quality Sherwin-Williams Duration paint, the paint has been peeling. Furthermore, all my wooden gutters that were supposedly lined, failed miserably (rubberized/tar coating clumped up into a tarry mess throughout), resulting in fairly extensive water damage to my home. Paid almost $14,000 to Atlantis for truly appalling results. Made repeated request to Atlantis to return and repair the mess, and even compensating them in part, but they have not returned even after multiple promises. Had to hire another contractor to repair this huge mess for close to $20,000.
