Review content:
Most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. My automatic credit card payments lapsed for no apparent reason (after years of no issue). Some old lady in this office merely contacted me with an email AFTER it lapsed titled "car insurance" (yes, all lowercase) that was rejected by my spam filter (go figure). That's it. This was a costly nightmare that I did not cause, yet received no help or apologies for. I talked to Jim Reyle (the agent himself, wow!) for the first time in 10 years of him earning commissions off me, and he insinuated that I was deadbeat, "good thing the homeowners policy is paid by the mortgage company". Unbelievable prick of a human being.
