We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Worst customer service ever. They are polite and smile to your face but lie at the same time. In person, I ordered 2 doors, different sizes after I couldn't place an order on the phone or online. I was called and told they were ready. They don't deliver so I drove 45 minutes to pick them up. When I arrived they brought out 2 doors, same size, admitted their mistake and said they would have to order the right size. 10 minutes away from home I get a message that said they actually had the right size all along but mis-tagged it with someone elses name. I told them their mistake - twice - I was not traveling back out there to pick it up and they needed to deliver it i.e. good customer service. Marcell who smiled and said he would take responsibility was coming in on his day off today and would deliver himself. He called in sick so no delivery but Oscar said they would deliver in 6 days. Not acceptable. He said he would talk to Jesse, the manager, and call back. 5 hours later I called back and he lied saying he called and left a message (no he didn't) but they would give me less than $18 credit to pick up myself. This is for an 82 mile round trip. Horrible, horrible customer service. It would be worth less aggravation and better time management to go to Home Depot and pay twice the amount for the same door.
