Our experience with Jordan from Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating was horrible. He was 2.5 hours LATE from the latest time in our appointment window. His response was "It's not my fault". His shoes were filthy, he was rude and the service he proposed was ridiculous! He said he didn't have the necessary parts on his truck and he would have to drive around and find them, if at all. When asked how long it would take (I'd already waited 4.5 hours for him that day so I was understandably upset),he said it would take probably about 2 hours!! His minimum charge was going to be $354 and the maximum would be $952. What a complete waste of my time. I ended up going to Aurora Plumbing. They diagnosed what the problem could be and recommended a part that cost $8.95 and took me less than 5 minutes to install. This was a part that should have been readily available on Jordan's truck. This was a horrible, horrible experience.
