We absolutely believe any property owner can do a lot better than bruin.
I have a bruin roof. They built it so poorly that the ridge vent is nearly falling off after 6 months since installation. There are exposed nails everywhere due to sloppy workmanship.
Bruin refuses to acknowledge that they did a poor job and thinks it's okay to sue me the consumer for a final payment on a roof that's not built to code.
There I said it. I am being sued for a roof that is not to code.
Reach out to me before you hire Bruin for your next project. I'll send you documentation on how badly the screwed up our job, and how disrespectful to the customer they when things don't go as planned.
