I have never left a negative review ever, because I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. That being said I felt compelled to save any of the unsuspecting innocent public from making the same mistake that we did hiring the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. If I could leave a negative star I would. Not only was this company unprepared and ill managed; they had the brazen audacity to blame their customer for their inability to provide their services. I am a devout Christian. I would feel remiss not to highlight that not only did this company representative insult my family, but she used God to do it. I do not feel as if our Lord and Savior would like her to use his name as a screen for their negligence. As a back story, my husband and I were prepared and scheduled our move several weeks before our move in day. We invited friends and family to meet us at our residence. We also arranged childcare for our infant. The moving company team was scheduled to arrive bright and early between 6:30 and 7:30 am. Everyone reading this is aware how stressful moving can be. The following events transpired: The first communication we received was around 7am letting us know the movers were on their way. The second call we received was around 7:30 am letting us know they had issues with a rented trailer hitch. They explained that days before they had been a victim of crime that took away their company truck . ( We agreed that this was terrible news and we were understanding and flexible. I felt their pain.) The third call we received was at 9am. They officially canceled our move. They " graciously " offered to move us on Sunday. Feeling backed into a corner with no options we regrettably allowed this. After speaking with our family we found out that they were unable to help or let us borrow their truck for Sunday.
