Businiess name:  Pierce Brown - State Farm Insurance Agent
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
So yesterday I received a letter from State Farm stating that " we truly valued your relationship and wish that we see you again" Odd I thought, since I have had state farm for a few years now. So this morning I hop onto their website to check out recent payments etc since I am set up with autopay. Surprisingly, I find out my insurance is inactive and has been for the past 5 months! Renters insurance and over $100k worth of vehicles have been uninsured for 5 months! Luckily, no home disasters nor car accidents occurred in the past 5 months but just imagine if it had! So upon finding this out I call State Farm corporate and then Pierce Brown agency. The summary of the discussions were " we tried to pull a payment but it bounced back. not for insufficient funds or anything but it just bounced back" Oddly, my bank account shows no attempt to pull a payment of any sort and I have not received any emails or letters stating my policy was being cancelled until the one I received yesterday. Now even after all of this surprise and headache, I just wanted to restart my policy paying our agreed to premium, seems fair right? However that is IMPOSSIBLE per Pierce Browns Agency. If you click on my name on here, you will see I rarely leave reviews unless its something very serious, so trust me when I say stay far far away from Pierce Brown and State Farm Insurance. Unless of course you enjoy the thrill of potentially going to jail for driving with no insurance, crashing with no insurance or ending up homeless due to a house fire that you thought you were covered for and 5 months later having to start a new policy at super high premiums due to insurance lapse. If 0 stars was possible Pierce Brown would have received it. Very disappointed with the company and agency. Time to insurance shop.
