I had two sessions left over from before the pandemic and was worried they would not give me my money back, which is what some other gyms have done in the past for missed classes. Gymagine was amazing though! They offered me a full refund for my remaining classes, but we decided to just make them up instead. No strings attached! They have by far the BEST refund/makeup policy of any gym I have taken my kids to. They truly care about their customers and I cannot recommend them enough!
