Review content:
Went to shop and picked out door. Waited 5 days for 1/2 blind insert. They covered when loaded and later I saw it was a nine lite instead of blind. Explained to manager "Brian" and he indicated I was lying. I paid difference and waited days to get door. Finished door and went to install, wrong size, WORK ORDER stated 3/0 LH, door was 32". Again this was my fault according to them! Waited 4 days for replacement. Finished door and installed, went to put in locks and door did not line up with frame, door cut outs were 1" lower than frame cut outs. I just took time to chisel out what I needed. Oh yea, I ask Brian if there was any discount and he gave me $40. Like I am saying, they are as Cheap and down right sorry as I have ever seen and the door shop is terrible. Great place to buy if you want cheap prices and cheaper doors!! Would not recommend this place nor would I waste my time on them! Hateful, Liars, sorriest customer service and door shop I have ever dealt with !!!!!!!
