Review content:
Montavilla Sewing Center was very helpful in my selection of a new sewing machine. I wanted a machine that could handle heavy and thick fabric like layers of denim. I chose a Husqvarna Viking Emerald 118 and could not be happier with it. It was in stock and ready to pick up, even during the Covid-19. Many other merchants had no machines at all due to the massive number of face masks being made. I had almost given up looking when I decided to check with a merchant that was an actual sewing machine store. I was concerned they would also be sold out, but I was very excited to be proven wrong. I can’t thank them enough for the advice on the various types of machines since the machine I had was at least 20 years old and was very “ tired.
Montavilla Sewing Center did not try to up sell me or steer me towards something I did not really want. They listened to my needs and suggested a perfect match to what I asked for. Excellent service, and I will wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
