I have rented space from the lady known only as Jenny for many years. Last year i paid in full for my event date that did not take place because of Covid-19. I asked Jenny to give me a new date and she refused claiming that Covid-19 did not have anything to do with her. Jenny refused to give me back the money i paid her in full, which forces me to file a small claims case against her for my money.
