During the COVID-19 pandemic my initial investigation for a new Mercedes-Benz commenced online rather than visiting the showroom. Yet, I found the experience pleasurable largely due to the salesperson.
In my initial effort, I was referred online to Lisa Ramirez. Throughout the process, she proved to be an excellent resource; knowledgeable, energetic, thorough, friendly and "willing to go the extra mile".
For several days Lisa and I exchanged many emails. She listened carefully to my questions and answered them. In some cases, when she did not possess an immediate answer, Lisa sought out others to address them. In doing so, we narrowed the auto selection and options.
Once we met at the Wilsonville facility, most of my questions had been answered and it remained for me to test drive two vehicles. It was an easy experience.
Once the purchase had been finalized, Lisa spent an additional two hours updating me regarding other options.
Not only do I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Wilsonville but Lisa Ramiriez too.
