BEST.SERVICE.EVER!
Karl provided the most exceptional customer service we've experienced from any service provider, ever. Most knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, patient. We asked Karl to service our 1996 (!) hot tub (we thought no hope for), on a budget; he helped us trouble shoot and systematically fix just what was wrong, versus throwing unneeded expense at the system. We're thrilled with the tub, using it every day, and couldn't be more grateful for his skills, time, and generously sharing his immense knowledge to educate us on how to maintain our spa. As the assistant to the president of a multi-billion dollar local company, I've dealt with literally thousands of service-providers over the years, and can honestly say Karl is first-class, has exceptional unsurpassed quality customer service, and his integrity and transparent honesty are truly refreshing. THANKS KARL! YOU REALLY ARE THE BEST!!
