Review content:
The representatives from efurniture we’re the most dishonest people it was ever my misfortune to deal with. The furniture with their “white glove” delivery service arrived cracked and broken. I refused the shipment and asked for the bedroom set to be replaced. Delay followed delay in getting the replacements. When the next shipment arrived it also contained several pieces, which were broken. The delivery truck driver claimed he could not keep it on the truck while making the rest of his deliveries. He called the sales manager, who asked me to store the items until the truck could return with my order. I told him I needed to cancel my order to allow me to buy furniture for my new home. Efurniture showroom already delayed me for two months. He stated the items would be picked up as soon as possible and a complete refund issued. I stored the items for them for an additional six weeks before they returned to pick up the items. Then after storing their items for them for six weeks they withheld almost $700 as a restocking fee for the damaged items they delivered to my home. When I called the sales manager and reminded him of his promise to provide a full refund he merely stated the owner overruled his decision. These people lie unashamedly. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. Charles DeMott
