I phoned and asked for a quote on a simple job
Was asked by Austin to "Come in and let me have it checked properly for you"
Got there, was told it would take 30 minutes, then they asked if "$30 is ok for the check"
Ummmmm "NO!", you invited me for the inspection, I wanted a quote on the phone.
Then was told theyd do it anyway. 30 minutes took 2hours.
They then tried to keep my car, telling me that I had to organise an Uber home.
Ummmm "No!", i only wanted a quote.
Angrily they gave me the quote, which was more than 50% more than the dealership.
I later had the vehicle inspected by two other shops. 4 of the 5 things that Austin quoted on were perfectly fine. In fact they were "Almost new".
I would stay waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay away from these people!!!
