Review content:
The food could use some work and the TV could use more channels but our case manager, Heather, was wonderful. She helped me more than anyone else has anywhere else since this all began. She put feelers out everywhere and found a place for my husband to discharge to which wasn’t too far for me to visit. She was patient with me and answered all my questions while we were here, some of which I asked her more than once. I started to feel like I was having a conversation with my friend, not an employee just doing her job. Everyone was pretty nice but Heather was wonderful!
