Echoing all of the comments here. Same response to same questions regarding cancellation and refunds. This is abominable and everyone needs to take action with their own state's AG, BBB and continue to flood VIL with calls and letters. To the person with the attorney gathering names, make sure they get a list from the families in Minnesota. We are all extremely upset and disappointed at this disreputable company's lack of transparency.
