I hope legal action is taken against this extremely dishonest company. The cancellation policy outlined in their contract pertains to PARTICIPANT cancellation, not cancellation by Voyager's International. As has been mentioned in all of the other posts, most airlines and hotels have provided full refunds due to COVID-19 so they will need to justify how they have spent $1900 per student in administrative costs given they are likely not out any money for any travel arrangements that have been made.
