I have bought my auto insurance from Mercury Insurance for 30+ years yet after multiple rate increase--the last one over 20%--I decided to look around finding Pacific Preferred Insurance who represented California's Low Cost Auto insurance. I found Pacific Preferred to have their act together; better details and answer (in advance) to my questions demonstrated (to me) a company that appears trust worthy. In talking with one of their agents--Alejandra Ramirez--to complete my auto insurance application, I was pleased to be working with someone who not only appears to know what they were doing yet equally did not rush me and answered my final questions. If I ever have a claim I can only hope I am able to work with Ms. Ramirez again even though I will most likely be handled by a claims adjuster; hopefully one with the same skill sets.
