Richard Dodson and Mr. Cho just finished installing a new hot water heater. They were on time, stayed within the cost estimate, and did an excellent job. They went the extra step in all areas to improve the location of the new hot water heater, simplify the replacement plumbing and keep our home clean during and after the job. They were pleasant and professional throughout the process, answered all my questions and demonstrated the new features of the new hot water heater. I also use Vernon for my heating and air conditioning service (also excellent).
