We had an introductory bundle package that was good for 1 year. I called a few weeks ago to find out when I needed to have the TV equipment turned in as to not be charged the new much higher price. I was told that Feb. 1 was when the new price would take effect. We turned in the equipment on Jan 31. I just received a bill for the full non-introductory price. I called to get it all worked out and was just told that the billing cycle began on Jan 30 and I if we had turned it in the day before we would not have been charged the new higher price. It does not matter that I was specifically told to turn it in before Feb 1. They told me they could not change the bill. So now we are paying for a service that we do not even have. They have us between a rock and a hard place because we have to have the internet service. I will be researching to see if there are other options in the Auburn area for internet. If so ...bye bye felicia! What happened to customer service?
