From the start, they did not take the time to understand your request, I believed that we had an appointment for a tec to come to the home. Never heard a word, when I call them find the status I was told they left messages at a number they were provided. when I tried to ask about the number I was told the I was breaking up. but she would not stop talking to hear what I was saying. Some how we got disconnected. Never will use this service.
