Amy Shedd is outstanding with scheduling and customer service. She is organized, professional, friendly, and helpful. She works hard to confirm when the plumber arrives and follows up. She is the best customer service advisor we have known. Keep smiling Amy! You do an excellent job!
Ken Mickelsen came and installed several cartridges under 2 sinks. The work involved removing old cartridges and replacing them with new ones. A lot of work
went into this because there was old stuff that needed to be removed. He is professional, friendly, creative, and highly intelligent in his perception of problem solving issues. He is also a good listener and efficient with time. He solved an issue with our water heater by simply analyzing the situation, checking the water heater, and concluding that we would need to increase the temperature.
His attitude is pleasant and his professional work makes him an excellent mentor for younger plumbers.
Both Ken and Amy deserve 5 stars for their outstanding work.
