Review content:
Bought from Mike years ago. Great experience. This time was way different with Josh. I called a few times with interest in a vehicle. I asked if I could take it to my mechanic to inspect. Josh reluctantly agreed. My wife arranged to pick up vehicle late afternoon and take to mechanic (I was working). I did decided to pop in and give the vehicle a once-over since I had never seen the inside or heard it run. I looked and told Josh it wasn't exactly what I was looking for but I was still interested. I explained that I won't but a used vehicle unless my mechanic inspects. I told him that we bought a Mariner for my wife in January and did not have it inspected. For the first 3 months it spent more time at my mechanic than in our driveway! I also explained that in the past 6 weeks or so I have taken 2 vehicles to my mechanic who gave th7mbs down to both because of extensive needed repairs. I confirmed that my wife would be in later as agreed. He said, "You still want to take it to your mechanic?" I told h8m 5hat I did and was still very interested in the car. Listen to what Josh said to me: " I CAN TELL WHEN SOMEONE IS READY TO BUT A CAR AND WHEN THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE CARS TO A MECHANIC." I was stunned. I asked, "Are you serious?" He shook his head yes and said, "LET'S NOT WASTE EACH OTHER'S TIME."
So I am in there to hopefully buy a car, ready to have it inspected (which is beyond reasonable)...only to be insulted?
Josh had a horrible attitude and will probably run Good Car Co. Into the ground. Too bad Mike. Too bad.
