I reached out to Aiello with a concern about what appeared to be a faulty solenoid valve on our Aprilaire 600 humidifier. The service technician, Jason, ran a thorough series of checks just to confirm that the part in question was in fact the solenoid valve. He did not have one with him at the time, but was able to access one from a co-worker in the area within 20 minutes. Jason then made the installation and the humidifier was back in good working order. We've been partnering with Aiello for over 23 years now and technicians like Jason help to cement that partnership going forward. Aiello is competently available for all of your hvac, plumbing and electrical needs.
