We were recommended to GenPro Power Systems by two friends - one an engineer and the other a research chemist, both very knowledgeable and particular - and found this company to be outstanding. Kelli was our first point of contact and was always on top of everything! She navigated us through the complex PECO and boro permit issues and made sure that we got the generator as soon as possible. We loved that Kelli (or Melissa) answered the phone personally (no awful phone trees) and were able to answer all of our questions. And of course the installation of our generator went without a hitch. Jay the owner was terrific and able to clearly outline the detailed costs and services of the generator and his company. Highly highly recommend this company if you want a reliable, professional and timely installation of a whole house generator!!
