I myself am not a member nor are any of my loved ones (thankfully). I reached out to this community asking to be appointment to the right person regarding the active members dental health and offering services to those in need and I was treated very poorly. The first person who picked up cut me off while I was in the middle of talking and told me to "hold on" in a very rude irritated tone. Then, when I was transferred the next person told me I needed to speak to admin without offering any guidance as to how I was supposed to get in contact with them. I asked her if it was possible to transfer me and she just hit a transfer button without another word. If I hadn't known any better, I would of thought she just hung up. She ended up transferring me to their rehab center. Both staff members were very rude, cold and dry. I work with a lot of patients who are researching retirement communities for themselves and/or their loved ones. I will be sure to tell them about the awful, miserable staff members working for this community.
