This is a horrible place to live. Don't be fooled by the low rent. The manager at The Vault does not only not want to be bothered, always prefers to be emailed vs a phone call and may or may not return your email in a timely manner and when you do get in touch with her she is dishonest. Even when she gives you an answer in your email and you reference her answer she then gives another excuse as to why that answer really does not apply. The Vault does not handle tenant violations. My son's lives in a 4 bed room, non-smoking, non co-ed, no pets apartment which on more than one occasion has had extra tenants, who smoke and have had pets. The consequences for violating these leasing policy are either not enforced or are not of any significance as this continues to be an issue. My son's apartment was raided by the police with one of the tenants being arrested. Per Vault policy anyone arrested will be evicted. This has not happened. This place only cares about getting your money, not your safety. It is true you get what you pay for and in this case it is poor management, follow through and customer service. Stay clear of The Vault.
