I recently bought my Trax from this location in April 2019 and about a month ago they called me to do a recall and service. They gave me another Trax loaner then after 30 days they put me in a 2019 Malibu. I was only in the Malibu for less than a week when they called me on a Tuesday to let me know my car is ready and to come in at my earliest convenience. I was told by Herman that I could come in on Saturday since I work Monday through Friday and he agreed. Then the next day at work, I get a text in all caps stating that if I do not bring the loner back that day they will charge me $35 per day. I was LIVID!!!! I work 7:30am-6pm each day and that was VERY inconvenient. I finally had to kick and scream to talk to a manager and finally after all I been through the manager, Rebecca, finally agreed to let me bring the loaner back after work and after I pick up my kids from daycare. If this is how they treat their customers then they do not need to be in business. Had I known I would had been going through all this headache for something that is on CHEVY's part then I would have NEVER gotten a vehicle from these people. I DO NOT recommend going to Bruce Lowrie at all. RUN and save your hard earned money and go to a dealership that will treat their customers with respect.
