Review content:
We have 2 dogs we have taken here for a long time. Overall, we have been satisfied although we never had to pay extra for play time before this kennel. Today, we picked up our dogs on a Sunday between 4 - 5. There was a line as there always is on Sundays. (They charge the full overnight rate for Sunday pick up.). Five people were in line picking up pets. A woman came in with 2 dogs to drop off. Clearly knew the owner. Butted ahead of everyone and the owner accommodated her asking about play times, baths, pick up, etc. I agree her dogs should have been taken to the back. Then she should have had to wait in line like everyone else. The owners should have recognized that the people in line are/were her customers! Her “friend” should have been respectful of everyone else’s time, not just her own. Our money is as green as hers!
