This is literally the best gym I have been a part of in years. The owner and staff are really friendly, and they are motivated to help you achieve your fitness goals. I usually give up on gyms because it becomes boring and routine...but that's never a problem at ILKB. The workouts are challenging but very rewarding. I feel myself getting stronger after each one. I look forward to going to class three times a week. Every class is fun. You are never embarrassed about your level of fitness or ability...they are so good at making you comfortable. It is a clean, well maintained gym with awesome staff.
