Yep, that's the technicians name, Cash Cannon, except I`m the one firing a cannon full of cash into his hand. He arrived in 30 minutes after the call but immediately went into a sales pitch by belittling my whole HVAC System and by telling me I have freon leaks and need cleaning of components or replace the entire system. Well he replaced the contactor at the A/C unit which was the cause of the problem. He said it was $242,00 plus the service charge and it totaled $311.00. I later went online and saw that part cost no more than $40-$50 and as cheap as $10-$15. What they did was quadruple the price on me. That's highway robbery. I feel sorry for any senior citizen that they take advantage of. I wonder what was the real reason Hans left Luquire and went on his own. Maybe because Hans wanted to use shady business practices and make quick profits. The best mottos in business is Honesty is The Best Policy. The Customer Comes First. Always Give Good Service. My father, a successful businessman, has taught me to be honest, fair and courteous to customers. You want to live by those mottos to keep customers happy and coming back. Well, Hans deserves a low rating for their dishonesty and price gouging. I recommend you call another company. Have a Good Day Friend.
